  • 20/11/08 : Bilun í ljósleiðara 
    Kl 5:30 í nótt kom upp bilun í ljósleiðarasambandi við Símann. Af þeim sökum komast notendur Netsamskipta ekki yfir á vefsíður og póst sem hýst er hjá Símanum og notendur Símans komast ekki yfir á vefi og póst hjá Netsamskiptum. Tæknimenn Símans eru að vinna í að laga þessa bilun og von er á að þetta komi upp innan skamms.

    Öryggisuppfærsla 1.5.8 er komin út fyrir Joomla 1.5. Við mælum með að þeir sem nota Joomla 1.5 uppfæri vefina sína eins fljótt og auðið er. Þeir sem þurfa aðstoð geta hringt í síma 421-6816 eða sent okkur póst á info@netsamskipti.is.

    Þann 7. júlí tókum við í notkun nýjan g.SHDSL.bis búnað í öllum símstöðvum í Reykjanesbæ. Þetta þýðir að við getum byrjað að bjóða uppá tengingar sem hafa sama hraða bæði upp og niður. Þetta mun henta einstaklega vel fyrirtækjum sem reiða sig á hraðvirkt og stöðugt internet við dagleg störf.
Terms of payment

1. Netsamskipti ehf/Network Communications ltd. will publish a pricelist for the service available each time. Customers can obtain the pricelist at our office or from our website www.netsamskipti.is, or by contacting us by phone (421-6816). Netsamskipti ehf/Network Communications ltd. can change the pricelist for all available services with one month notice. Such changes will be announced on our website.

2. Customers will be responsible for making payments to Netsamskipti fehf/Network Communications ltd. due to any usage of the service plan provided.

3. Payment date for all services is the first day of each month, after the fifth of each month there will be penalties. If a invoice is paid after the 5, the customer has to pay interests according to Icelandic laws (chapter III. regarding interestrates as well as laws nr. 38/2001). Netsamskipti ehf/Network Communications ltd. is permitted to decline a customer of service when 30 days has passed from the payment date until a payment has been made.

4. If a payment has not been received after six months Netsamskipti ehf/Network Communications ltd. reserves the right to delete all data and all e-mail accounts that the customer has stored on Netsamskipti ehf/Network Communications ltd. servers.

5. If a customer has a problem with his/her invoice they should make a notice of it within 30 days. Otherwise the invoice is regarded as being accepted.

6. Installation of software or setup og computer is not included in the standard internet service from Netsamskipti ehf/Network Communications ltd. Any workorders will be charged according to the latest pricelist from Netsamskipti ehf/Network Communications ltd.

7. Setup and changing fees
  ***Setup fee 0 kr,-
  Transfer fee 2.705 kr,-
  Storage fee (upto 3 months) 1.512 kr,-
  Change of subscription holder 2.900 kr,- 
  Rental of equipment (router) per month 302 kr,-

*** if a customer cancels their service within six months there will be a 3.900kr,- setup fee.
